Yiqing is a postdoctoral researcher in the lab. She completed her PhD in Mathematics at New York University, where she studied oscillations using firing rate models with applications to the hippocampus under the mentorship of Prof. John Rinzel. She is interested in understanding how low-dimensional dynamics are generated in neural representations. Her current project is about flexible inference of dynamics governing inter-area interactions.
